Mechanical Engineer
Laurent Repond is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and mechanical design. His expertise focuses on nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA), the development and optimisation of mechanical systems, and testing throughout the development process. Across various roles in research, development and production, Laurent has managed and contributed to projects from initial concept and simulation through design and practical implementation. He combines strong simulation expertise with a thorough understanding of manufacturing and hands-on engineering solutions. Laurent holds a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialisation in Industrial Technologies and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.
